As a lifestyle coach my goal is to help my clients achieve optimal, physical, mental, and emotional well-being through a holistic approach. I consider the whole person, including your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, as well as your relationships, environment and lifestyle.
I partner with you to identify the areas of imbalance and create a personalized plan to address these areas. The plan includes nutritional counseling, stress management techniques, exercise and physical activity, as well as any other lifestyle changes that will assist you in reaching your full potential.
In addition to providing guidance and support, I will help you develop the skills and tools you need to take control of your own health and well-being, putting you firmly back in the drivers seat. I do this by teaching you how to set goals, make healthy choices and develop healthy habits.
